Donation Policy

Gifts made through this page support the ongoing ministry of Église Porte Étroite and are generally non-refundable once processed.

If you believe a donation was made in error — a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or an accidental submission — please contact the church office within 7 days and we'll review the request.

Because payment processing fees are non-refundable to the church regardless of the outcome, donations under $20 cannot be refunded except in cases of duplicate or fraudulent charges.

All donations are final once a tax receipt has been issued.
